Aarón Díaz (Valencia, 1999) began his musical journey at the age of 14, when he started to receive piano and solfege lessons in his hometown’s academy. His love for and dedication to music and piano made him progress very fast and soon he managed to get into the Conservatori de Musica de Lliria to study classical piano.

In the conservatory he received a classical training. On the side he also developed his playing of other musical genres such as rock, pop and blues, more alligned with his own tastes as a listener. His fascination for improvisation in music made him pursue a Jazz bachelor in Sedajazz and CSMV (Conservatorio Superior de música de Valencia).

In 2022 Aarón moved to the Netherlands to finish his Jazz Bachelor in the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag. He graduated in 2025, after having the privilege of studying with great figures such as Juraj Stanik, Rob Van Bavel, Erik Ineke and Eric Gieben among others.

Since June 2023 Aarón has been teaching in Rootz, being in charge of students of all ages, levels and musical interests. From a more classical music approach to teaching you how to swing or providing all the resources you need to translate your favorite songs to piano. His main priority is to help students achieve the musical goals they’re looking for.
